6. Delivery & Pickup

We currently deliver within Ireland only.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on location

and circumstances. Taste of Europe is not responsible for delays outside of our

reasonable control.

Chilled and frozen products are packed according to food safety standards. Customers

must ensure prompt receipt of deliveries.

Local pickup is available at Abbey Square, Enniscorthy. Customers are responsible for

collecting their orders at the agreed time and ensuring suitable transport conditions for

food products.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy and Refund Policy, which form

part of these Terms & Conditions. Please review these policies carefully before placing

an order.

8. Food Safety & Perishable Goods

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for opened,

perishable, chilled, or frozen products unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for ensuring timely collection of orders and appropriate

storage after delivery or pickup.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Taste of Europe shall not be liable for any

indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the

purchase of products.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable

control, including but not limited to transport disruptions, supplier delays, or force
