This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for purchases made at Taste of Europe.


1. Eligibility for Refunds


Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The order was not delivered.

  • An order was cancelled prior to dispatch.


2. Non‑Refundable Items


For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Fresh and frozen products.

  • Opened or partially consumed items.

  • Products past their use‑by date due to delayed collection.


3. How to Request a Refund


To request a refund, contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number,

  • Product photos (if applicable),

  • Description of the issue.


4. Refund Method


Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
