This Returns Policy explains how returns are handled for purchases made online at Taste of Europe.


1. Return Conditions


You may return eligible non‑perishable items within 14 days of purchase if they are:

  • Unopened,

  • Unused,

  • In their original packaging.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Fresh, chilled, and frozen items.

  • Opened food products.

  • Clearance or short‑dated items.

  • Products not returned in resaleable condition.


3. Return Process


To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email with your order number.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Return the product at your own cost unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


4. Refund for Returned Items


Once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
