Returns Policy

Learn about our procedures and eligibility for returning products, whether purchased online or collected in-store.

This Returns Policy explains how returns are handled for purchases made online at Taste of Europe.


1. Return Conditions


You may return eligible non-perishable items within 14 days of purchase, provided that the items are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original, undamaged packaging

  • In a resaleable condition

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Fresh, chilled, or frozen products

  • Opened food items

  • Clearance or short-dated products

  • Items returned in a non-resaleable condition

This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of faulty or incorrect goods.


3. Return Process


To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us by email and provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions before sending any items back.

  3. Return the item at your own cost unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Taste of Europe cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.


4. Refund for Returned Items


Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with payment provider policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or supplied incorrectly.
