How to Use:
1.Preheat oven to 180°C (no fan). Prepare 12 paper muffin cases on a baking tray.
2.Pour the mix into a bowl, add 2 eggs, 100 ml milk, and 75 ml oil.Mix with a spoon until combined (about 1 minute).
3.Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin cases.
4.Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
