You Will Also Need: 1 egg , 50 g butter
How to Prepare:
1.Make the dough: Mix the gingerbread powder with softened butter and egg. Knead until smooth. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
2.Cut the cookies: Preheat the oven to 175°C. Roll out half of the dough to about 3 mm thickness. Cut shapes using the provided cutter or any others you like.
3.Bake: Place cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool and decorate as desired.
